Angela Palmer’s Ghost Forest project inspired debate about Ghana’s rainforests – 90% of which have been lost to logging over the last 50 years. Gaining the support of the Ghanaian government, it’s helped to secure a commitment to protecting the forests.
The Good Agency’s specialist Communications team promoted the installation leading up to its unveiling in Trafalgar Square and managed the launch. Our positioning focused on hope and optimism for the forests. Afterwards the Ghost Forest went to the Copenhagen Climate Change Summit to spread its powerful message there.
