Short but sweet. Why not?

It’s great that as a sector we’re all so supportive and caring and sharing. We give our time and energy to pass on lessons learned so that others can benefit from our experience. It’s great, but it also means there’s a risk of us only replicating what we know worked in the past in the future. Of fuelling an orthodoxy that becomes the gospel that becomes a strait jacket. We also need to question everything. To keep asking why. And more importantly, to keep asking ‘why not?’
