The Good Agency and Missing People win Award
Posted on: September 25th, 2009 by Michelle Ehrhardt
Last night Missing People won the Third Sector Excellence award for their multimedia Annual Report developed with The Good Agency.
The original brief from Missing People was to produce an award-winning piece of work. We’re delighted to have delivered.
Director of Fundraising and Marketing at Missing People, Alison Cowan, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the charity, especially given the high quality of entries this year. Working alongside The Good Agency on the charity’s first digital Annual Review, the final product absolutely delivered on the brief, set in a reader-focused way.”
Keen to reduce the costs (financial and environmental) of print, Missing People wanted to produce an online version that could be distributed far more widely and create a more in-depth picture of the charity’s achievements. The interactive technology enabled us to create an engaging and exciting review, which included film and audio clips to bring the charity’s work to life.
Results:
Missing People used their regular email communications to supporters and interested parties to publicise the new annual review. They achieved a 39.89 per cent click-through rate (against the industry standard of 2.5 per cent).
