There are 56 of us. So it may be a big, messy, extended family, but it’s still a family. We care about what we do and while we don’t often work weekends, we do take our work home with us. That can mean supporting our charity clients through the payroll (which the agency matches), campaigning for change, running marathons. It can mean giving blood, giving an opinion, or just giving time to the social or environmental committees.
We look after you as best we can by providing a pension scheme, private healthcare, contributions towards fundraising, childcare vouchers and a Ride2Work scheme. If that doesn’t float your boat, we also have the Good Academy training programme and free fruit every week amongst other good things.
We believe in nurturing talent and therefore offer 1 or 2 week work experience placements for those interested in a career in marketing and communications. If you would like to see what life is like at The Good Agency, drop Steph a note and let her know why you deserve a spot.
