We’re a family here at The Good Agency. There are about 55 of us so it may be a big, messy, extended family; but it’s still a family. We care about what we do and while we don’t often work weekends, we do take our work home with us. This can mean running a marathon, campaigning for change, giving blood, giving an opinion or just giving time to the GoodSocial or GoodEnvironmental committees.
Opportunities to join us are shown just to the right. In exchange for your passion, knowledge, enthusiasm and hard work, we’ll reward you with a competitive salary, pension scheme, private healthcare, a day off for your birthday, free fruit and much more. If we sound like your kind of gang, drop Jo a note on jo.hankin@thegoodagency.co.uk and let her know why you’re Good enough.
To apply for one of our jobs, email your CV and a little note introducing yourself to our People Manager, Jo Hankin
We strongly believe in growing talent and offer our work experience placements of up to 2 weeks in our Business Development, Planning, Creative and Account Handling teams. If you would like an inside look at life at The Good Agency, let Jo know why you deserve a spot.
We’re a pretty self-sufficient bunch but if you think you could help us out, let Jo know.
You know when people who work together start to dress alike? At The Good Agency we call it Team Dressing and we can’t get enough if it. Reuben is often seen prowling the building looking for matching cardies.
It’s a Black (and jeans) Day here in The Good Agency’s creative/planning/digital hub.
Proof that blue is now ‘a thing’.
Digital team dressing. The best bit is, they had to sit next to each other all day dressed like this.
Good Agency men can Team Dress too. In fact, we ask that they do.
Proof that stripes don’t need to be black, in fact the ‘breton’ look has been excluded from the Team Dressing canon.
They work together, they play together and it looks like they shop together too.
