Following the success of working with 21 year old campaigner Alex Loughlin on his Meet Your Street for Battlefront II, we’ve been working with a new campaigner for Battlefront III.
18 year old ‘Wacky’ Rymel from Hackney has been dancing since the age of 11 and believes this has kept him focused and out of trouble. His campaign ‘Beat the Streets’ aims to provide dance and other free activities for young people, helping to keep them from being bored on the streets.
The Good Agency’s Creative Director Reuben Turner and Communications Manager Kim Keegan will be mentoring Rymel on his mission over the next few months, advising on campaign strategy, messaging and branding.
Rhymel says: “When people don’t have things to do, they get bored and can end up getting into trouble. My campaign is all about providing dance and other activities for people so that they have an alternative to hanging around on the streets. I want to set up free dance clubs around the country in the places that need them most.”
Please show your support for Rymel’s campaign on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Details of Rymel’s campaign show on T4 will be on our website later in the year.
